Automated cell line development through single cell cloning with cellenONE
The main limitations associated with cell line development include maintaining cell viability and ensuring monoclonality of isolated cells. Unlike cell sorters that induce a lot of stress on cells and thus affect viability, automated cloning using cellenONE® provides unseen clonal outgrowth with most cell lines.

Overcoming single cell omics sample preparation challenges with cellenONE
In the field of single cell omics, most current methods are based on microfluidics platforms that do not offer multiple interventions for complex sequencing libraries preparations, or on large volume microplate-based sample preparations that tend to be expensive due to reagent costs. cellenONE® technology breaks away from these limitations by combining the small volumes found only in microfluidics with the flexibility of a liquid handler to enable scalable nanoliter volume library preparation of single cells.
