Monoclonality verification

For most cell line development applications, single cell images recorded by the cellenONE® will be sufficient to prove monoclonality.

To fullfill certain regulatory processes, monoclonality verifications post isolation might be required. In those cases, cellenONE® can easily be combined with monoclonality verification imagers to provide the required documentation and reports.

In a study, the Celigo® imager from Nexcelom was seamlessly combined with the cellenONE®. Both systems use brightfield and fluorescent cell imaging and are compatible with a wide range of 96, 384, and 1536wp, making these perfect partners for rapid cell line development.

Pairing automated cloning and monoclonality verification for rapid and efficient cell line development

Monoclonality Verification

For most cell line development applications, single cell images recorded in the cellenONE® dispenser prior to isolation will be sufficient to prove monoclonality.

In case a monoclonality verification is required after single cell isolation, such as in immunotherapy development, the combination of the cellenONE® for single cell isolation and Nexceloms Celigo® for automated monoclonality verification is useful to significantly accelerate cell line development.

Both of the before mentioned systems use brightfield and fluorescent cell imaging and are compatible with a wide range of 96, 384, and 1536wp, making these perfect partners for rapid cell line development.
