spheroONE® complements cellenONE® technology by enabling sorting and isolation of single cellular aggregate ranging from 80 µm to 1 mm.

Real-time and high accuracy single cellular aggregates sorting, isolation and dispensing

spheroONE® is an innovative technology based on sciDROP NANO coupled with advanced image processing to allow selection and isolation of single spheroids and organoids.

Using electromagnetic microvalves for droplet generation, spheroONE® maintains the integrity and viability of cellular aggregates. Its image-based sorting capabilities makes it the perfect platform for improving reproducibility of spheroid-based drug screens.

Sorting and isolation of pre-formed spheroids using the spheroONE®

Sorting enables isolation of homogeneous spheroids. Isolated spheroids can directly be exposed to drugs without requiring extensive incubation time. Assay results are greatly improved by using homogeneous spheroids
